JRGOS Case Corner Submission

Please fill out the JRGOS Case Corner Submission, ensuring all required fields are completed for review.
 

Introduction

  • Include Submitting MD/MDS Names, Titles, Position, Location (1-2 Sentences)
  • Please upload pictures/pictures of physicians operating room, or clinic or with residents or medical students
  • Submissions should be submitted in a Microsoft word document.

Case Presentation

  • Provide the case summary
  • With 2-3 preoperative xrays
  • Preoperative CT
  • Preoperative MRI

  • Provide the diagnosis and diagnosis Classification if Indicate.

  • Provide the treatment/surgical plan
  • Include intraoperative pictures
  • Intraoperative videos
  • Postoperative xrays
  • Postoperative videos
  • Postoperative plan
  • Hot tips, pearls, things to look out for, pitfalls regarding diagnosis and treatment

Implants/biologics

  • List Implants/biologics device industry name
